These full-time professionals will consistently provide on-site, hybrid or remote support and direct contributions to your project deliverables.

b. Part-time Dedicated Personnel:

These part-time professionals will provide flexible and scalable support to your project deliverables, while allowing for adjustments to staffing levels based on the project demands.

2. Priority Consulting Agreements

a. Long-Term Consulting Agreements:

We offer flexible long-term consulting agreements that provide you with dedicated access to one or more of our experienced consultants. This ensures consistent support and allows for proactive planning.

b. Short or Spontaneous Consulting Services:

For immediate needs, we offer short-term or on-demand consulting services. Some of our consultants may be available to promptly provide support whenever needed.

3. Mentoring and Support

As a new small business company, we are eager to learn and grow by participating in mentorship programs offered by other companies, programs, and projects. We believe that such collaborations will enable us to continuously learn from those programs, contribute our own unique perspectives, and ultimately give back to the community and industry.

In addition to benefiting from mentorship programs, we are also committed to knowledge sharing within the industry. As needed, we can provide mentoring, guidance, and support to:

• Associates: We will mentor our own associates to enhance their skills, expand their knowledge, and develop their careers.

• Implementing Agency Staff: We can provide mentorship to project management and implementation teams to improve their capabilities and achieve project goals.

• National and Regional Consultants: We can mentor consultants across the country, the region, etc., promoting best practices and enhancing the skills of professionals.
